Description

This trek takes you close to unspoiled nature. Apart from visiting Gulmit riding on 4 wheel jeep to the top of the Gulmit valley, winding your way through this thickly alpine forests spot, you reach rajabel and onward to Gulmit tower base camp. This is an idle campsite.
Crossing the water, you will get an outstanding view of Shatubar ranges. Trekking through pasture lands, fantastic place for camping. This trek of unspoiled natural beauty is a great experience.

Itinerary

Day 1	Receive from Islamabad airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2	Departure for Besham sight seeing en-route arrival at Besham and transfer to the hotel. Over night stay at Besham.
Day 3	Departure for gilgit sight seeing en-route arrival at gilgit. Over night stay at gilgit.
Day 4	Departure for Gulmit sight seeing en-route arrival at Gulmit rest of the day free for individual activities. Over night stay at Gulmit.
Day 5	Full day to explore the valley. Over night stay at Gulmit.
Day 6	Trek from Gulmit to Jerave. Jerave is the first summer pasture of the Gulmit valley in Shatubar. It is a beautiful pasture spring and alpine trees are abundant there and the campsite is grassy. Over night camping site at Jerave.
Day 7	On this day you can start trekking from Jerave to rajabel. Over night camping at rajabel.
Day 8	From rajabel start a trek to bulkish the base camp of Gulmit tower. From here you have the best view of Gulmit tower base camp.
Day 9	Trek to Shatubar glacier.
Day 10	Trek from Shatubar to sarneechen then to Gulmit. Over night stay at Gulmit.
Day 11	Rest day. Over night stay at Gulmit.
Day 12	Departure for Gilgit, short stay en-route, arrival at Gilgit. Over night stay at Gulmit.
Day 13	Departure for chilas short stay and sight seeing en-route arrival at chilas and transfer to the hotel. Over night stay at chilas.
Day 14	Departure for Islamabad, short stays en-route visiting Taxila Museum arrival at Islamabad.
Day 15	Destination flight.
